National Recovery Plan – Karczma Pod Kogutkiem
Karczma w Krzywaczce Maria Strzebońska is implementing the project entitled: ‘An investment for KARCZMA w KRZYWACZCE related to modernisation and diversification of the enterprise’s activity, region No. 3, Małopolskie voivodeship.
The aim of the project is to increase the resilience of the company (HoReCa industry) to potential crisis situations, to take advantage of opportunities to attract new groups of customers, to adapt activities to changing trends in the rapidly growing HoReCa market, to adapt the offer to the current nutritional preferences of different groups of customers, to take advantage of the technological capabilities of catering equipment and digital solutions in the industry, and to increase revenue and competitiveness of the company.
The project will revise the company’s current business model, purchase a new production line based on state-of-the-art technology, supported by embedded digital and ecological solutions, and train staff to operate the new equipment. The target groups of the project will be companies, institutions, organisations, individuals without interest in the organisation of events, catering service and delivery of ready meals.
Cost of the undertaking: 600,000.00 PLN net
Value of EU co-financing: 540 000.00 PLN
The effect of the undertaking will be the expansion of the company’s activity consisting in launching the production of a new line of dishes from the assortment Spiżarnia smaków Karczmy pod Kogutkiem, diversification of activity consisting in launching a new service Katering smaki Karczmy pod Kogutkiem. The SME venture will be implemented on the basis of a proposal for a new business model with a view to expanding and diversifying the company’s activities.
